THE UNIFIED WORKFLOW

One load.
One record.
Three views.

A load is created once and carries everything with it: the quality spec it was sold against, the certificate from the lab, the truck that hauled it, the waybill it travelled on and the reconciliation that closed it. Mines, buyers and transporters read the same row at the same moment.

When figures
disagree

A variance between certified tons and received tons is raised on the load itself, with the weighbridge tickets, the certificate and the delivery note already attached. It is assigned, tracked and closed in the platform, so month-end has a record instead of a recollection.
